New colorplan test.

I've had another go at the colorplan book, this time I've overlaid the same piece of type of each page so that the test reads through from the front even though the big shapes are cut out. I think that this method has worked really well and creates an interesting feel to the book. I also think that this method would work really well with a full white book of the same depth to be used as a recycled paper plan which is another idea that I will test.

I used a piece of hardboard for the back which contains information about the paper in the book and a link to the website, I also managed to get the foil stamp to sit really well on this material to carry across the branding of the foil.

The next step I need to research for these books is the binding, I need to find out which is going to to be the best method of binding single sheets together that will fit the design best. I am interested in cloth binding like is done with sketch books so I need to research this.
